Today as the snow comes down at a rate that is predicted to be one inch per hour I am thinking of spring. Thoughts of spring lead me to thoughts of cocktail hats. Here are some spring toppers from last year. Most of these have gone to good homes. I am itchy to get into the studio to create some new confections.
The world was a better place when men and women weren't properly dressed until they had on hats.
